Our Story
In 2021, after learning that suicide rates for women were at an all-time high, depression had doubled in the last couple of years, and millions were leaving the workforce, I knew I couldn't sit back and watch this crisis continue. After extensive research, I found that resources available for struggling women were lacking. Having gone through my own mental health issues over the years and witnessing the same in those I love, I knew this couldn't go on. Gather + Company came to life as a mission-driven company with a purpose and passion for women.
At Gather + Company, we create unique products for women that promote a healthy mindset, take a proactive approach to mental health, and encourage women to thrive. Each product embodies an element of grounding you to what matters most in life and connecting you to who you were made to be.

Hi friends! I am Becki Schultz, the Founder of Gather + Company. I am an ambitious working mama of two and a proud wife living in a small Wisconsin community. As a Corporate America Executive with a passion for people, I have spent my entire career helping others navigate the ups and downs of life - both personally and professionally. Gather + Company was established in 2021 after recognizing women (myself included!) need additional support now more than ever. I hope you find that Gather + Company is on a mission to create a welcoming, safe space for all women, including you beautiful, no matter where you are on your journey.
