Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?

Typically all orders are shipped within 7 days, however, that is not guaranteed. Please understand there are some delays that can occur which are out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time, we are only shipping in the US.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email notification once your order ships which will include a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

We are confident you will love the products you have purchased. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or it arrived damaged, please let us know within 14 days by emailing us at hello@gatherandco.org. Damaged products will be replaced, not refunded. We are unable to return or exchange products already used.

Ordering

Can I change my order once it is placed?

It depends. If an order has shipped, we are not able to do much about the order. If an order hasn’t been shipped, please contact us at hello@gatherandco.org and we can see what we can do!

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do! Contact us at hello@gatherandco.org if you would like to purchase 15 or more items at a time. We will get you a discount code depending on your quantity needs.
