These 52 guided self-reflection cards were designed to stop negative self talk, nourish a positive mindset, provide inspiration and encouragement, and help make each day count in a positive way. Each card has a unique, motivational quote/affirmation on one side, and a space for you to write your thoughts down on the other side. Cards are roughly 5” x 3”.
